Our warehouse is located in Port Melbourne and is attached to our main office. It allows us to store our client’s promotional products in-house, ready for distribution across Australia & New Zealand as required. The warehouse is for both short and long-term programs and is also used as a packing house.

In terms of the effectiveness, the campaign has steadily gained momentum over the past three years with significant increases from 3500 participants registered in 2007; 10,500 in 2008 and 12000 in 2009. Chilli Promotions were diligent with taking the time to understand the brands of Flemington and the Melbourne Cup Carnival and subsequently produced a range that was relevant to our target markets and reflected our brands. The campaign was a great success and the merchandise perfectly complemented our marketing strategy, the products themselves are memorable and that was definitely something we were aiming to achieve when engaging our supplier to assist in the merchandise component of our rebrand.
Launching a new range of merchandise is a huge undertaking and is always going to be a huge challenge.
