What are promotional uniforms?
Promotional uniforms are work garments printed or embroidered with your company logo, so your team is identifiable on site, in store and in front of customers. They cover everything from hi-vis safety wear on a construction site to chef whites in a kitchen and scrubs in a clinic.
Chilli Promotions supplies 13 promotional uniform categories: Safety Wear - PPE, Shirts, Pants, Aprons, Polo Shirts, Jackets, Hospitality, Overalls, Vests, Medical, Jumpers, Shorts and Singlets.
Every uniform is decorated with your logo, available in men's, ladies' and unisex fits, and shipped Australia-wide with 100% carbon offset applied.

Uniforms by industry
Most uniform programs pull from three or four categories. Here is how they usually come together.
Construction & civil
Start with compliant hi-vis, then layer for weather. Add branded headwear for sun protection on open sites.
Hospitality & cafes
Chef whites in the kitchen, aprons and chinos front-of-house. Aprons are the fastest way to brand a small team.
Healthcare & aged care
Scrubs and lab coats that survive frequent hot washes, with embroidery that holds its shape and colour.
Retail & corporate
Polos and shirts carry the brand best. Pair with corporate gifts for new-starter welcome kits.
Manufacturing & workshops
Overalls and coveralls for full coverage, drill shirts and shorts for lighter duties in warm conditions.
Ordering branded uniforms in four steps
Choose your garments

Delivered Australia-wide
Uniforms ship to any postcode, with carbon-offset documentation supplied for your sustainability reporting.
How uniforms get branded
The right decoration method depends on the garment, the fabric and how often it will be washed. Our team confirms the method for each item before production.
Embroidery
Stitched directly into the fabric, so it survives commercial laundering without fading or cracking. The usual choice for polos, jackets, jumpers, corporate shirts and lab coats, and best suited to logos on the chest, sleeve or cap front.
Screen printing
Ink applied through a mesh screen. Cost-effective for larger runs and better for big designs — back-of-shirt company names, event graphics, and bold logos on singlets, tees and aprons.
Choosing between them
As a rule of thumb: embroidery for a premium finish on collared and structured garments, screen printing for large or highly detailed artwork and for lighter fabrics. If you are unsure, send us the artwork and the garment you have in mind and we will recommend the better option.
