Challenge

ME Bank, aimed at being the black sheep of the banking world, wanted to go against current 'big bank' trends to focus on customers and being different.

Execution

Chilli Promotions developed an extensive range of promotional items aimed at engaging existing customers through the sales force and supporting marketing activities for the new-look revitalised brand. Albert Einstein was incorporated to encapsulate and reflect the brand values. Each product forming part of this program was designed to display the company brand of clever, cheeky and cool. A tagline was used in most cases to enrich the product past a standard item. One stand out item was the moleskin notebook embossed with the Albert Einstein quote “Intelligence is Creativity Having Fun.” Each product forming part of this program aimed at displaying the company brand of clever, cheeky and cool. Results

The campaign was a great success and the merchandise perfectly complemented our marketing strategy, the products themselves are memorable and that was definitely something we were aiming to achieve when engaging our supplier to assist in the merchandise component of our rebrand.
